Assistant Manager (Operations IN)

Job Summary:

As the Assistant Manager of Operations for our EdTech platform, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational activities across different divisions. You will work closely with the operations team and leadership to drive operational efficiency and contribute to the growth and success of our platform. The key divisions you will be working with include product development, partner success, digital marketing, support, sales, and content compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across different divisions, including product development, partner success, digital marketing, support, sales, and content compliance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Analyze and track operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support the development of training and development programs for new and existing staff.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and achievements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, Experienced CA Inter 5+ Years, Experienced CA 3+ Years
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, or Internal Audit area - preferably in an EdTech or SaaS environment or worked across various industry with strong business acumen.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, data analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
