Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across different divisions, including product development, partner success, digital marketing, support, sales, and content compliance.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Analyze and track operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work with the operations team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support the development of training and development programs for new and existing staff.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, Experienced CA Inter 5+ Years, Experienced CA 3+ Years
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, or Internal Audit area - preferably in an EdTech or SaaS environment or worked across various industry with strong business acumen.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, data analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
