Sr.Associate (Student Service IN)

Job Description:

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor or manager, perform specialized clerical and technical duties in a student services area, such as admissions, registration, records maintenance, financial assistance, veterans' affairs, placement, counseling services, or attendance.

Job Responsibilities:
  •  Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward students at all times.
  •  Respond promptly to student's inquiries.
  •  Communicating with students through various channels of calls, chats and emails
  •  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  •  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  •  Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  •  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  •  Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  •  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  •  Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
