Here is an excerpt from the feedback from one of our many happy clients.

Entigrity: Tell us something about you & your practice?

Doug: Hello my name is Douglas Smaldino, I am managing partner at Smaldino, Lutz, Curtiz & Associates, located in Los Angeles, California. We’re a mid size local firm. We specialise in bookkeeping, accounting & tax preparation for midsize firms, small businesses, real estate, entertainment, legal & other small business firms.

Entigrity: When & how did you decide to go ahead with Entigrity Offshore Staffing?

Doug: It’s a great question, we’ve been working with several companies that were more outsourcing companies & they had a large staff of people. You never know who or from where the work will get done but you would never have that point of contact, there’s a lot of things & there are also different kinds of industries and departments, which is great and everything but our needs are affirmed. We were really glad that we met ‘entigrity’ because they are the first point of contact, they understood our staffing needs, where we need solid work in our bookkeeping & accounting matters, they’ve tremendous security & understanding. They ‘re very fluent in English, which is easy to talk to them & the quality of the work provided is wonderful, so that's hope they’ve met our needs & we’re very happy with them. It’s been a whole complete different experience, we’ve one person and one point of contact & right now we have one single person who has been working with us but we’ll look forward to expand as well as build more staff base at ‘Entigrity’ offices, where we can hire more offshore staff in the near future.

Entigrity: How did you select offshore staff?

Doug: Actually it was a really easy process you know, we just gave entigrity with what we exactly required and they did all the pre-screening of all the candidates, out of which 5 candidates met our requirements and gave us their resume in advance. And then we did remote meetings with each one of them, one after another after spending 10-15 mins with each one. By the way, all of them were very qualified & excellent candidates but we only needed to choose one so we chose the one as per our requirement. The whole process was very easy & fast, very effortless v/s the other way of looking out for candidates like monster.com, indeed, etc. These are the job boards that you have to fish through from a bunch of resumes of qualified candidates, but entigrity made the whole process easier.

Entigrity: How has been your experience of working with your offshore staff?

Doug: Our experience has been wonderful since we’re located in a very interesting part of Los Angeles, where it's really heavy in the entertainment industry & adjacent to Hollywood around, it’s very difficult to find the right people especially from financial accounting in and nearby our geographical location. But when we came across ‘Entigrity’, it was just like what we exactly needed, since we did not want to outsource our work & wanted someone as a point of contact for all the accountability of that job and that person can take care of all the clients as well as maintains their books and taxes are properly and efficiently are done on time. Having a point of contact with someone who can work at our office at daily office time, someone who can come at 9 and leaves at 5 or whatever their local time is, we’re totally fine they should be just available and we can reach them via skype or zoom, or whatever means we can reach them. It’s very efficient and I am very happy & I hope we can continue this long term relationship.

Entigrity: Let’s hear what Michael has to say about his experience with offshore staffing?

Michael (Works at SLC CPA): I’ve worked with offshore staffing firms a little over a year now & I really liked it. I like how diligent they are and how willingly they takes criticism. They doa not make the same mistakes twice while going forward and he’s pretty easy going forward, diligent as well as responsive, which is one of the things that I really enjoy & it’s very nice to deal with one person from a group of people & I definitely recommend it.
