TRIBUTE TO MR. BHARAT PATEL

On 31st March 2022, we lost an invaluable part of our team, Mr. Bharat Patel (Bharat Bhai - bhai means brother), as he was known to us all. He suffered from a brain haemorrhage and had been in the ICU for 5 days. A wonderful human being, colleague, mentor, friend and a complete family man, his passing has come as a shock to us all. 

Bharat bhai has been an integral part of our organisation since its inception in 2015. Bharat had a long and illustrious career prior to joining Entigrity in 2016, and it has been a privilege to have him as a colleague for the last six years. Before joining us, he had experience of over twenty years in US taxation and had worked with firms of all sizes. When he joined our team, he had an immediate positive influence. 

One of the many great qualities of Bharat was his dedication and sincerity towards his work. His motto was simple and it is one that will stay with each staff member that was fortunate enough to work with him - 

Bharat had a great passion towards guiding new staff members. His mentorship has proven valuable to many of our colleagues, twenty of whom, are today, in various managerial positions across the board. From the very beginning, he was one of the staunchest believers in Entigrity’s potential towards becoming the best of its kind in the country. He inspired the same sense of loyalty and commitment in each of his trainees and fellow colleagues. 

His colleagues recall him as a cheerful individual who was always prepared to assist everyone. His capacity to adjust to the individual with whom he was dealing was one of his distinguishing characteristics. Many recall how he helped them comprehend industry basics and professional abilities early in their careers. He was one of the best managers we've ever seen, and his death has left a huge void in many people's professional and personal life.

He was a terrific manager, but he was so much more. He had a constant smile and a wicked sense of humour. He realised that while work was vital, life had to be lived to the fullest. He went on trips, played cricket, and spent time with friends and family. He was a man who lived in both large and tiny moments. 

We are grateful to have met Bharat. He befriended us in numerous ways and taught us to always enjoy life zestfully. We pray for his family and  send our condolences to his large circle of friends, who will suffer an irreparable loss as a result of his death. 

Our thoughts are with all the people who—like the rest of us—are better for knowing him, and will never forget him.
