Offshore Staffing

  • US/CA/UK Experience would be experience of working on US/CA clients
  • Indian Experience is usually experience of working in Indian Public Accounting firms. (Which is very much relatable experience)
  • 3 Months of Basic Training would be given.
  • Pricing provided is hourly rate including everything with no other charges.
  • Weekly billing will be in USD.
  • No additional set-up fees or charges
  • Full-Time (FT) is 40 hrs/week.
  • Part-Time (PT) is 20 hrs/week
  • Notice period of 9 weeks for each hire
  • Daily timesheet will be provided
  • 18 paid days and 10 public holidays for team members
  • Overtime rate remains same (Not 1.5 times)
  • 1 to 2 weeks for staff replacement
  • If Staff clears 2 subjects of CPA (Minimum hourly rate $17/hour)

  • Occasional/Seasonal late working or overtime is possible.
  • Adhering to shift timings keeps work life balance.
  • 9 hours shift timings (1 hour break and 8 hour working).
  • Minimum 3 to 4 hours of overlap is required for communication/collaboration.
  • We do face challenges in putting people to work for PST/MST Time zones and attrition is slightly higher as well.
  • We also have "Early Fridays" program for non-client-facing roles. As our team members work the US shift, it limits the time they get to spend with their families. To address this and promote work-life balance, we allow team members to leave early (9:30 for EST and CST Clients, and 10:30 for MST and PST Clients) on Fridays as long as the client approves. There may be exceptions to this policy during the busy season or if the client requests otherwise.
