Associate - Client Support/Business Development(US)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at MyCPE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base in both the US and UK markets. You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and managing webinars to showcase our expertise and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the US and UK markets.
    • Research and gather data on potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.
    • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
    • Understand client needs and pain points to tailor our solutions effectively.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our products/services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  3. Webinar Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars to showcase our products/services to potential clients.
    • Create engaging webinar content and presentations.
    • Manage webinar logistics, including registration, promotion, and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote webinars and drive attendance.
  4. Market Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in the US and UK.
    • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine our business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role, with a track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals in the US and UK markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing and conducting webinars is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Edtech is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
