Manager (Treasury Management IN)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead our Treasury Management,  Investment Management, and Accounting Firm Acquisition divisions. The ideal candidate will be a  strategic leader with a proven track record in financial services, treasury management, investment  management, and mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive  growth, optimize operations, and foster innovation within these critical areas of our business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategy Development and Execution: 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Treasury Management, Investment Management, and Accounting Firm Acquisition in alignment with the company's overall objectives. 
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth and expansion. 
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each division.

Financial Leadership: 

  • Manage and optimize the financial performance of each division, including revenue  generation, cost management, and profitability. 
  • Assess and manage risks associated with treasury and investment activities. 
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high‐performing teams within each division. 
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that promotes excellence and  accountability. 
  • Provide guidance and direction to division heads and team members.  Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and solutions. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base. 
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

Mergers and Acquisitions: 

  • Lead the acquisition strategy, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and  integration. 
  • Assess potential targets for strategic fit and growth potential. 
  • Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to execute successful transactions. 
Compliance and Risk Management: 
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards. 
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation. 

Technology and Innovation: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data analytics for improved efficiency and  client service. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 
  • Proven leadership experience in treasury management, investment management, and  mergers and acquisitions within the financial services industry. 
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building abilities. 
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on complex initiatives. 
  • Results‐driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding financial targets.
