Manager (CEO's Offfice IN)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder's office as a Manager of Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a CA or CA inter qualification and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Oversight:
    • Work closely with the Founder to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Process Optimization:
    • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Streamline processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  3. Compliance and Regulation:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  4. Reporting:
    • Generate and present regular reports on key operational metrics.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and lead a team of operational professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  6. Risk Management:
    • Implement effective risk management strategies.
    • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the Founder and various departments.
    • Facilitate clear communication and coordination within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA inter.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a founder's office or a similar environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
