We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder's office as a Manager of Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a CA or CA inter qualification and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight:
- Work closely with the Founder to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Streamline processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and productivity.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Reporting:
- Generate and present regular reports on key operational metrics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of operational professionals.

- Risk Management:

Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA inter.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a founder's office or a similar environment.
