Associate - Client Support/Business Development

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Cold Calling:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products/services.
    • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
    • Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
    • Customize presentations based on client requirements and market trends.
    • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  3. Lead Generation:
    • Generate and nurture leads through various channels.
    • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
  4. Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and update the CRM system to keep track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  6. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market needs and product enhancements.
