Sr.Associate - Accounting & Advisory(Collection IN)

Roles and responsiblites:

Shift timing: 4 PM to 1 AM

• Disseminate statements of accounts to CRM or clients as needed.
• Communicate directly with clients to address concerns regarding overcharges or billing errors, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Notify clients in advance of any impending charges to their account for outstanding payments.
• Alert clients about declined payments or differential charges and provide necessary information.
• Generate comprehensive and accurate reports for clients seeking historical records or account reconciliation.
• Keep clients informed about bonuses, gift cards, dinners, and other staff incentives, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
• Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding payments, utilizing effective communication skills for timely resolutions.
• Share the payment information update link from ERP upon client request for updating payment methods.
• Monitor the ERP for updates to payment methods and notify the billing team accordingly.
• Track Credit Card expiration dates and proactively communicate with clients, providing the payment information update link.
• Process client-requested bonuses, gift cards, dinners, team outings, and related requests, collaborating with internal teams such as Finance and Admin.
