Ronald Smith:Hey Roger, Wishing you a very happy thanksgiving.

CPA:Thank you so much Ron. And a very happy Thanksgiving to you too.

Ronald Smith: This time of the year is like the calm before the storm, right?

CPA: “It is. But I’m not sure how it would pan out this year. You remember Rachel, the tax preparer I hired last year.”

Ronald Smith: “Yeah. What happened with her?”

CPA: “Damn Ron! I just didn’t have enough work and had to let her go. We are so seasonal heavy business. Now, we are about to enter the season again and I’m at a crossroad, if I should hire some temp help or someone more long term or maybe interns to get through the upcoming season. The biggest worry is that I’d have train them all over again. I shouldn’t have let Rachel go.”

Ronald Smith: “I can feel you man. It’s a tough call. Yet, there is a solution I know of. It’s something different.”

CPA: “What flexibility you are talking about? We need somebody full-time during season i.e. from Feb to April and Middle of August to October 15 deadline. For the rest of the year, I just need them part-time. I know it’s not possible.”

Ronald Smith: “You answered for me. Yes, it’s possible with with Entigrity Offshore Staffing, you can have someone full-time during season and part-time for 10 hours a week for the rest of the year. This is something a lot of our clients love as they can retain the same person throughout the year and are not required to train new staff every season. And of course, don’t have to pay for the full-time outside of season. Just pay for the hours you used.”

CPA: “Well that’s really cool! Last time we spoke, I was talking with my wife about it. She got really worried. Are these people really making enough at just $11/hour?

Ronald Smith: “Haha! You should really come and visit India. You know I went there a couple of years back when I joined Entigrity. As soon as I landed in Mumbai, I picked up a cup of coffee. You won’t believe how much I paid for it. Make a guess.”

CPA: “Maybe 2, 3 or 5 bucks!”

Ronald Smith: “Just 20 cents. I made up my mind right there. I’m gonna do loads of shopping. Jokes apart, these accountants at our India office have a good living standard of Indian lifestyle.”

CPA: “Sounds interesting. So how should I go about it?”

Ronald Smith: “I’d suggest that you go on a quick exploratory call with Chris Rivera - director client relations with Entigrity. He’ll be the best person to walk you through all aspects of offshore staffing and answer all your questions.”

CPA: “Can you connect me with Chris?”

Ronald Smith: “Yeah. Would love to. Here are all the details:”
